Werner Fiedler

Biography

Werner Fiedler is an Austrian filmmaker who was born in 1976 in Weiz and lives now with his family near Klagenfurt in the south of Austria. In the 90s he started his career as a freelance editor, cameraman and producer for international television productions, where he learned the craft of filmmaking from scratch. In 2002 he made his first fictional short film and since then he has completed several masterclasses with well-known screenwriters and directors. For his films, he received numerous awards from international film festivals.
